Whatever happens on Election Day 2026, the work of reporting on and advocating on behalf of historically excluded and marginalized communities doesn't stop. Join the Trans Journalists Association, in partnership with URL Media, for a conversation about how we continue to move forward no matter the outcome. We'll dig into what's at stake for trans people facing a wave of anti-trans legislation and misinformation, for immigrant communities navigating enforcement and shifting policy, and for Black voters confronting attacks on ballot access, among other topics. We'll talk about how these fights are connected, what accountability journalism looks like when the headlines move on, and how reporters can cover power without losing sight of the people most affected by it. Whether you're a working journalist, a community organizer, or a reader/viewer who wants to understand what comes next, join us as a roundtable of dynamic journalists discusses how we keep telling the truth and building journalistic power long after the votes are counted.
