    Join us on Thursday, Feb. 26, at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET for “Carrying the TransGriot Torch: Remembering Monica Roberts.” The Trans Journalists Association will host a Black History Month webinar honoring the life, work, and lasting impact of trans journalist and advocate Monica Roberts.

    Moderated by Tre'vell Anderson (Trans Journalists Association), journalists Shar Jossell (freelancer, NABJLA President) and Karleigh Webb (Outsports) and Sir Lex Kennedy (KABC Channel 7 Eyewitness News) will reflect on Roberts’ role in shaping our profession through TransGriot, her dedication to amplifying trans communities, and the legacy she leaves for journalists today.
